Finding Cheap Bulk Buy Diapers

Buying cheap brand-name diapers in bulk is a sure way to make savings when you have one or more young children. Diapering is not a cheap business for parents, costing around $1,500 per year, per child. This is based on an average figure for a normal household using around eight disposable diapers, per day. Then you’ve got to consider the cost of wipes and diaper disposal on top of that. So it’s best to make savings where you can.

Buy Cheap Bulk Packs of Pampers - At $0.17 and $0.03 per diaper and wipe respectively, that´s as cheap as you will find.

Most of the larger disposable diaper companies offer bumper packs of diapers, and in return for buying more at one time, the cost per diaper is less. If you, or anyone you know who needs to save some money, pay any more than $ per diaper, then you should be looking at ordering your diapers elsewhere. What you spend on one pack of diapers should be broken down to how much you are being charged per diaper. That’s the best way to monitor your diapering costs.

Buy Cheap Bulk Packs of Huggies - $0.19 per diaper

Using cloth diapers is another way to make cost savings, but disposables still provide the best option for convenience. There have been some great discussions on the pros and cons of disposable diapers, eco-diapers and cloth diapers. The improvement in materials, absorbency and fit of all styles of diapers is astounding as all diaper companies compete fiercely for your dollars. Cloth diapers involve an initial outlay and weekly washing costs but once you are set up with your stock of diapers, the costs are comparatively less.

Buy Cheap Bulk Packs of Luvs - $0.14 and $0.03 per diaper and wipe respectively.  The best value by far.

Either way, whichever you choose, buying diapers as cheaply as possible usually consists of buying in bulk or with coupons, but in order to make the savings work for you, it is important to get the sizing right. That is to say, buy too many while your child has a growth spurt and you will be left with lots of spares to pass on to someone else or hoard until the next one comes along. And stick to a known brand, if not, you might find you have hundreds of diapers which are not suitable (too baggy, not absorbent enough, too low at the back…) for your children. It doesn’t have to be a brand-name, just a brand known to you.

Bulk packs of Cloth Diapers - Great Value

If you want to get cheap diapers, and you prefer to buy large packs at a time, and you don’t want to carry huge bags or boxes of diapers around town, it is worth looking into buying over the internet. There are many online stores which, in addition to selling cheap brand-name diapers in bulk packs, also offer free home delivery. So not only are you saving on the diapers, it is also extremely convenient. If you are a busy working mom, buying diapers with in one click could save you time and money.

Have you ever considered cloth diapering ? It saves like 1/3rd of the cost disposables do and most are now just as easy to use? I love cloth.. I still use disposables once in a while.. but I thought I'd post re: saving money : ) I like your posts :) CRYS:)

Parents have a lot of choice now when purchasing diapers: going to the grocery store to buy diapers, calling a disposable diaper delivery service to bring them diapers, and online companies who are shipping diapers to parents.

I do agree that purchasing diapers online is probably the cheapest way of buying diapers. However, a lot of parents who are buying diapers DO NOT buy them in bulk. Parents do not typically buy disposable diapers in bulk because of the fact that their child grows rapidly in size in a short amount of time.

Parents also need to be aware of taxes and shipping costs when buying diapers online. The Pampers Baby Dry or Huggies Snug and Dry can be two dollars cheaper online, but after your factor in taxes and shipping costs, it may end up costing you more.

Although buying online has it's advantages, convenience may not work in the favor of most parents. Buying disposable diapers online could take anywhere from 2 business days to 14 business days to receive at your door. If you are buying a bulk order of disposable diapers online, it may even take longer than this time period. Parents who need diapers right away cannot afford to wait this time period.

Great article -- I just wanted to point out that there are some downsides to purchasing (bulk) orders of disposable diapers over the internet.
